Please read carefully before scheduling.

While making your first appointment, it is highly recommended that you fill out your intake paperwork before our first meeting to save time.

During your visit your full medical history will be thoroughly reviewed, followed by a physical exam. An Osteopathic Treatment will be administered the same day, if it is determined that you are a good candidate.

You will get access to the patient portal after making your first appointment. The portal will allow you to access your care plan, access the scheduling portal and send a secure message to Dr. Bomani-Bailey.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with more than 24 hours of notice to avoid unnecessary fees on your account. Please see our No-Show/ cancellation policy for more details.
